Exactly what I was thinking. Because one person had a bad experience with Walmart doesn't mean the whole country abandons Walmart. I've had nothing but great service from Waffle. I'm in the customer service business. I put a very polite face in front of the public. That doesn't mean I don't use a ton of profanity in other situations. Those "greetings" from Waffle were intended for the recipient and the recipient only. I would never copy and paste something like that for the whole world to see. If the intent was to air out dirty laundry, I would say superb job. If the intent was to get me to boycott Waffle, I'm still not feeling how this injured me to do that.
