Default Air Philippines Proposal

I'd just like to share what didn't made the actual planes. Prior to Air Philippines rebranding to Air PhilExpress, I was asked to submit proposals fro their livery. Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed working on them.

These were the proposals:

SUNRISE Livery:
This were envisioned to resemble Braniff's colored planes. It would come in Red, Blue and Yellow, the Philippines tri-color.The rays signify the flag's sun. I guess this would be too costly and hard to maintain.

The Philippine Eagle study:

This represents a stylized flag that resembles an Eagle taking flight. Very aspirational and symbolic for the airline about to be relaunched with new A320s then.

DOTcom livery:

This study retains the current logo while revamping the identity. It is very LCC inspired and the visibly promoted a much simplified website domain.

Wave Livery:

The study still uses the current branding, while updating the look.

thanks beltloader. I think the yellow has almost become synonymous with LCCs, no?

I like this but perhaps with a darker blue liek the national flag would be better , and maybe a different colour to white fo the air aphilippines titles
