Default Delta CS300

Delta is on the cusp of ordering 75 CSeries aircraft. Here's my interpretation of what they could look like!

Hope they solidify this order soon!

Delta order could be ?kiss of life? for Bombardier?s C Series - The Globe and Mail

Nice work, Trevor. There has certainly been a lot of buzz around Delta lately regarding a possible CSeries order. It'll be very interesting when/if it happens considering their trend of acquiring proven technology versus "the latest and greatest." I would imagine Bombardier will given them an incredible deal just to help get a better grasp on the market.

I hope they will order it so that the other US carriers will buy them too, and make the CS series more successful! BTW, nice artwork on the Delta CS300!

Nice looking rendition.

If I recall correctly the C Series has 3-2 seating like the MD-80's.

If that is true it will be a welcome addition in the skies with that configuration.

Bombardier should stick to making BizJets. The Challenger 6XX series, The Globals; they kick butt. The airliners suck donkey balls. Period. The C Series looks mediocre at best. Gimme and E-170 through E-195 any day of the week over that junk.

Try the back of and EMB-135/145 - that's a fair comparison - I've been there - praying that no one used the toilet!

As 170/175/190 they have no reasonable carry-on space. I'm looking forward to the C-Series as I think it's designed with passenger comfort as a priority.

Cry me a river lol I've flown CRJs & Q400s and I've never been more uncomfortable than on UA's 737-700. By your logic Boeing really should just stick to freighters.

Fly on all the Ejets you like, I'm looking forward for my ride in the CSeries.

CSeries has the largest windows, aisle, and bins for a narrow body.

Air Canada placed their order.

First time in a very long time that a narrow body has been designed using a completely new sheet of paper (ie composite structure as per the 787).

Operating costs are projected to be amazingly low compared to the 737 Max (basically a fifty year old design with improvements).

Should be a complete success for Bombardier.

The CRJs and Q400s are based on DeHavilland and Canadair designs that they have expanded upon and continued to build due to their popularity. The C-Series jets are Bombardier's first completely original airliner design that has gone to production. It's a little soon to be judging them based on their previous refinements on tried and true designs.

I have no doubt that the C-Series jets will be very successful in the long run.
