Gorgeous all metal Travel Agency model airliner of a Rolls Royce powered Boeing 707 Speedbird G-BOAC. Model is all original and probably dates from the early 1960's. Metal (aluminum?) aircraft and stand. I believe the manufacturer to be Peter V Nelson but also could be Minavia. Measures approx 24" length, 22" wingspan and the tail sits 12" above the desk. Model shows age with some paint loss and previous repair to one engine pylon. Belly has tiny1 M 72 748 (or 248) scribed into itDespite these flaws this seldom seen rare bird looks very impressive and is a great addition to any serious collection.
