Who do I contact to update the database?
I have tried many times to submit a model, but the database never seems to update.
Please help as I use the database to register my models.

No, that is not the one I registered on the 19th Jan.
That looks like one of my old planes I tried to register, though.
I appreciate you taking the time to help me out.
I love having a database on my models that I have collected, it is important to me.

I had the same problem than Heine. Last January 2, I tried to update the database in order to add one of my models, not included yet there:

After adding all the data, including a picture, I received a message announcing the processing of my request in one or two days, but I have checked frequently since them and the model has not been included.
I'm Lou, currently a moderator on DA.C and also one of the original Database Researchers on Wings900 Database (same as the DA.C database) I'm the one who entered ALL the models into the database between Feb 2013 and Nov 2015. After November 2015 the database broke. I have attempted to alert various admin to this situation since that time and on several occasions it has briefly worked to then slip back to being un-able to add models to the database.
Admin are aware of the problem, but as I am unable to access the script that runs the site and other evidently have problems too, a very, very limited number of models have been successfully added since 2015. The problem is that around 1 model out of 8 that is entered into the database currently actually sticks in the memory and is viewable. The other 7 models entered disappear. I'm not going to keep entering 100s + models at a time into the database to have only a dozen or so become available.
I apologise to those who enter data into the system as even that is currently unavailable as the submit site is overrun with spam. For every legitimate submission, their are over 100 spam posts. Each has to be dealt with individually which is tedious to the extreme.
Once the system is up and running again, then all models from December 2015 till now will be progressively added back into the database. Plans are afoot to bring on-board more Database Researchers from various scales to help with this. But... no point asking for that help till the Database is working again...
Back to VS-admin please...

I'll try and get more recent updates and find out what's been done, though we never like to give estimates, as unexpected delays are to be expected when it comes to working with software

This database is so cool, now that I've started my collection a few years ago, I want to be able to add model as I collect them.
How far away do you think the update is?
