Default Issue adding a custom model

Twice now, I've tried adding a custom model to my collection with no success. Is there a work-around? Thanks.

Hey there,

Is there an error message that prompts you once it fails to add a custom model addition to your collection? If so, what does it say? How many do you have in your collection right now? Have you cleared your cache/cookies? Which device/browser are you using? Ex. Mobile, desktop, PC/Mac; Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE, etc.

The more details you can provide us the better we can narrow down the source of the problem and have a fix for it sooner rather than later. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

The message I receive states that I was successful with adding the custom model. I've had this issue before when adding non-custom models to my collection.

I have 7 in my non-custom collection and 1 in my custom collection.

I'm using IE-11 on Windows-based desktop.

Sorry, there is actually a long running break with the Database and adding models. It only seems to work about a third of the time. The techs are working on it

Thanks, Kevin. I attempted adding the model at home with Chrome w/Windows 10 on a laptop and that didn't work either.

As mentioned by Kevin, the techs are looking into this issue.

There is no ETA on a fix just yet, but your patience is appreciated.
