Anyone else having this problem? If I try adding a model to My Collection directly from the Database, it does not work. However, if I add a model to my Wishlist Manager, then add it to My Collection from my Wishlist Manager, it works.

That's correct! There are 10 of us on the team right now Can you please tell me what happens when you try to add from the database? Do you get en error message or a blank screen? If so, can you please provide a screenshot?
Hello I'm having the same problem. It's letting me add things to my wish list. But it comes up with the same error message on chrome on iPad or Mac book as KLM4me mentions.

Hi, Kay. Zero is the only model number that shows up. lol. Weird, huh? No matter which model I try to add (I've been trying to add various models and manufacturers trying to test the system) the model number is always zero.

Steps to Repro:
Browser: FireFox & Chrome (incognito mode)
Log into DAC
Go to My Collection > Search & Add
Do a search for a model
Click on "Add #XXX to My Collection"
Pop up dialog box appears with "You must be logged into DAC With the Remember Me checkbox checked in order to use My collection. Please login to the forums or home page, then come back to My Collection Redirecting back to the Forums in 10 seconds...."
Pop up redirects back to DAC where user is logged in.

I'm also having problems with "My Summary." If sorted by manufacturer, it shows the collection of "VS-Admin" and if I sort by aircraft type, it shows the collection of "Gharial."

Why are you in incognito mode and logging in? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of being hidden? I will update the tech about this though.

I wasn't trying to hide, but more that I was isolating any issues with cookies and cache. If the behavior is the same in a regular window and an incognito window, then it's not a client side issue.
