737 Firefighting Plane
Thought you might all enjoy these pictures of this stunning aircraft, and hopefully a manufacturer will do this in 1/200 :-)

Re: 737 Firefighting Plane
Totally with you on your suggestion. I watched this 737, help extinguish several fires in the Los Angeles area.

Re: 737 Firefighting Plane
Thanks David, great article and picture. Must admit I hadn’t researched the background of the plane.
Cheers

Re: 737 Firefighting Plane
I was glad to see another collector felt the same. I know that Australia has had a terrible time with fires in the past, and certainly this year. Our friends in California, they can't catch a break either. Tinder dry fuel, the smallest ignition source, followed by breathtaking destruction. Thank goodness these aircraft exist, to help the ground crews to extinguish these monsters.

Re: 737 Firefighting Plane
Totally. As much as these are beautiful planes they are a sobering reminder of the hardships that many people have been through recently. Thoughts go out to those affected and to those who are fighting the fires.
