It's a customer commission by Tiny Cities Hong Kong utilising the JC Wings mould, not a release in the traditional sense. There's also a Korean 747 on the new tooling, but yes I'm sure plenty more...

Only one I can think of is the BA Negus 'retro' 757, G-CPET, during its brief operational period to mark the type's retirement. It was actually the final passenger service and I got a certificate too.
