Yes... leaving it in room temperature for a couple days will equalize everything; I currently have it in my dehydrator, speeding up the process.

I put the Commander into the dio scene late last evening and was able to make a couple photos before the inside of the case started fogging up. (lesson #297 - allow dio scenery to cure completely...

The way the display appears here is exactly how it looks sitting on the shelf. Half of the plane and scene are an illusion, generated by the material...

If you choose to use the dullcoat, remember to mask off any clear parts (windscreen, lamding lights, etc) as they will "frost".... also, be sure the type clear coat is the same as...

You'd probably be better satisfied with the finish if you rub the fuselage down with some #0000 steel wool until it's uniformly dull, then buff with a section of clean t-shirt. ...
