I'm typically fine with cargo door lines missing, those never bothered me. They usually end up being too thick in 1/400 anyway.
Of course one can argue that 200R looks close enough to 200B. Go far...

A quick 2 minute Google search confirms your suspicions. The wings and horizontal stabilizers were, indeed, consistent with what we'd expect of an ex-LH 747 - painted white.
