The Hawks buzzing around the campus were usually very low level too but the display was way up high out of harm's reach.

The majority of the planes in my collection are from the Corgi Aviation Archive. The models are well made, sturdy (not as many breakable bits as Dragon, for example) and cover a diversity of subjects...
