If you haven't read fighter pilot it's a must read. There is also an interview with him before the book was ever released that he eludes to giving away his kills to stop being rotated home.

I was going of the picture posted believing it was the actual bird. But you're right it appears the pilot is wearing an HGU-33 not a P-1B or P-3 helmet.

I have couple of Amercom helio's. I will say that they take a long time to arrive in the US and can get pretty beat up. The guys on eBay I ordered from sent me a new model after mine arrived damaged....
