I think one of the most sought after fantasy model at the time was the 1:200 Phoenix Alitalia B787-8 Ferrari livery. Not sure if it still is or not.

A 20% import tax does not mean you pay 20% more on a model that cost $50 retail. The importer will pay 20% more on their cost...the FOB cost to ship from China to US.
