No. There has been an Inflight 200, which I stupidly sold a few years ago. (anyone have one they want to part with?) But not 400 scale to my knowledge.

i've replaced a lot of my Dragon Wings as well. Just a few left in the fleet at this point. They were great 10 years ago but are of poor quality for today's standards.
