Re: Air Canada orders $6.5 Billion worth of the Boeing 737 Max

I completely agree. I've been on several Delta A320's, a couple of DL A319's, and (sadly) only one DL 737-800. The 737 was by far the best ride out of all of them. None of the flights were influenced...

Re: WestJet ::Re-brand Study::

The first livery's fuselage combined with the second's tail would look amazing! I love the green WestJet.com titles on the first, and the tail on the second livery looks beautiful!

Re: Concorde G-BOAG's present condition

I was at the museum this past Saturday. I grabbed a few shots of G-BOAG's interior:

Re: Asiana 214 • Commentary by "Matt"

That was Korean Air Cargo 8509. Funny (actually, scary) that a pilot would rather risk his life and the lives of others on the aircraft then speak up and challenge the other pilot... Something really...

Re: My Pan AM Collection

Excellent collection... Love the Billboard 727's. Billboard is probably my favorite of all of PA's schemes, and couple that with a classic aircraft, and you have a good looking plane :cool:

Re: Stores in Washington, DC?

I was just in DC on Wednesday. Took a trip to the Air & Space out by Dulles. All there was (in terms of GeminiJets) was a new colors Delta 767-300W for $42 :eek: Their glass case of models was very...

Re: Ideas/places for day trips

I'd go with Washington DC. Flew out there last summer with my dad from DTW for a day trip. The only really aviation related place downtown is the Air & Space Museum of the Smithsonian, which is...

Re: Gemini Jets July Hints

I was thinking the Northwest/KLM hybrid DC-10, but it wasn't delivered to NWA until 1997. And with rumors of an MD-11 mold, this seems much less likely. Guess I'll just have to stick with the GJ...

Re: United Airlines B-767-400 Scheduling

Head over to flightradar24.com and filter the results for United Airlines B764's. I just did this, and it seems that they're mostly based at EWR. Of 11 United 767-400's en route, only 3 are not...

Re: Do you care if a model is collectable?

I'd never buy a model 'just to have it'. If I'm buying a model, it's one that I like, want, or need to have in my collection. I'm not that guy that would go out and buy a rare model (even though I...
