Re: Firts Picture Of AF1's 1:72nd Scale B-17G

Not awful considering the price, but not as nice as the Corgi and definitely not a livery I like. I would get one in Yankee Lady livery if they do that one

Re: New F-15 paint model

It doesn't surprise me. Not everyone loves colorful liveries. Some prefer purely "business" looking military aircraft. For me, after 1-2 "business" looking models of a type, that's all I want....

Re: Flight Demonstration Teams - Collecting

I have compiled a nearly complete list of all the 1:72 team planes as future planes for my my wishlist. I'm a huge fan of the team aircraft. Hopefully that can help you get started. The reason it's...

Re: New Gemini Jets Hints in 1:400

Hopefully a B-52 out of those 2. A lot more possible liveries, and it's never been done before in 1/400. Dragon did a 1/400 B-1 and 1/400 B-2.
Still lots of possibilities though, C-141, B-17, B-52,...

Re: 2016 RCAF CF-18 Demonstration Jet

Definitely stands up to the "Hornet" name with those colors. Hard act to follow last year's BoB jet

Damn, that Oregon ANG bird would be an instant buy for me. What an awesome livery. I'm adding that to the "hope it's made" list.

Re: Altaya CH-37 Mojave, Merlin HC.3 and Sycamore

Great, thanks! I know a lot of the "bubble package" models are 1/100 so it is fantastic that it's 1/72. I'll definitely be getting one. I've had the privilege of seeing 3 of the surviving 6 CH-37's.

I for one am quite happy to be able to afford a Jolly Rogers F-14. Is it the most exciting release, no. Is it great for those not able to afford a nearly identical CW plane, absolutely

Re: Air Force 1 1:72, Doolittle's B25B

Absolutely. It's a diecast B-29. As long as it looks 90% like a B-29, as their 1:144's do, it's still 90% better than not having a 1/72 B-29
