My organization is in ADM(MAT) (the one that buy everything for the CAF), we are in direct support the project offices for procurement but also WSM, LCMM and class desks. I run a scientific program...

This is a baseless comment, DND's budget has been increased continuously under this government (this year we have $20.4 billions vs. $18.6 billions last year). The plan is to go to about $30 billions...
