Flew on them in 1982. In First Class the seats would swivel 180° so you could face the seats behind you and join the people behind you for dinner on a portable table top they set up.

Very nice find. IIRC Alaska had 3 different liveries for awhile. The Eskimo, a totem pole, and a gold miner. I'll have to search around for those.

To each his own. You have to limit break-in speed to 100MPH so the Autobahn is good for that. And yes the unlimited speed zones are not as plentiful as they used to be.

And Austria doesn't have...

It took me a long while but got a Herpa die cast Lufthansa B744. But could never find a Gemini B748, except for crazy eBay prices.

Was extremely lucky to find the Retro B748 from a third party...

Which A388 is the Deutsche Lufthansa? They have 14 at present. I guess it doesn't matter since it's new livery.

You might try swapping the fuselage main gears. I had a Gemini that was tail heavy until I did the swap. Charlie Alpha recommended saying the fuselage gear fit both ways. The wrong way and it's tail...
