I was looking into Midwest Express, and I forgot about their livery and name change when they took delivery of the 717s. Kind of funny, I always thought the new logo on the tail looked like a guitar...

I think ValuJet only had a couple MD-80s right near the end. Added a re-do section at the bottom of the list, I would say the TWA twin stripe solid title 727 tops that.
