Is it possible to get the Pantone colour number and have one of their dealers mix it for you?

hi, im not sure how that Pantone thing works. I just checked the website and saw a bunch of digital colors but then again colors on a computer screen can look similar to the actual color but may come out different in real life. so im really not sure how to approach this. thanks for the pointer though.

May I suggest using an Ochre color? with enough trial and error rounds, i think the color can be achieved.

To mix your own yellow ochre you can:
Start with any base yellow. In the picture above I used cadmium yellow.
Add a touch of red to darken and warm the yellow.
Add a touch of blue to darken and desaturate the yellow.
Make any further adjustments as necessary.

hope this helps.

Pantone or RAL color code then get it mixed at a car paint shop.

Try searching Continental airlines Pantone, but you may draw a blank.
