Philippine Memories

In the late 60ís during the height of the Vietnam war my father a US navy surgeon was assigned at the US naval base in Subic Bay in the Philippines. We would often go to Manila and stay with my dadís friend who was a USAF Colonel training pilots for the Philippine Air force and whose house in the air base I remember was literally next to the main runway of the airport in Manila. Over a year ago, memories came flooding back when I made an internet search of these 2 airlines and found pictures of the aircraft and liveries that I remember so well. Donor models from Flight Miniatures. Custom built by Sergei from ASModels.

Hi Adrian, sharp eyes indeed. I noticed that myself after I took the pics. It is being rectified.
