My CP Air B747 model has a tail number on it which was never flown on their B747. To me it adds to the authenticity of it being vintage and helps date it. They made the models before the airplanes.

Exactly Noel! I only have one other sales model. It should be enclosed. It is a Phelps A-300 Air Canada sales prop. I absolutely love it. Great CP 747.

Absolutely! I would guess this is a Bristol Aircraft Sales promotion model. As Canadian Pacific had already ordered Britannias, they were competing with TCA who didn't have anything comparable at the time, so Bristol tried to sell the Britannia to them. In the end, TCA waited and chose the Vickers Vanguard
