TCA Lockheed 10 Electra Seat
 

It is done. Trans Canada Airlines Lockheed 10 seat, date stamp on the seat belt indicates 1940. Seat and leather are exact copies of original fabrics/colours after a long and painstaking search. Headliner was an added touch.

Now a small story. When we woz kids at London Airport c.1970 there was a wrecked and well scavenged airframe in the field just outside of the Airport perimeter.
I have it down logged as a Beech 18 RCAF from the faded scheme.
these two pieces are from it.
Despite pleas no one recollects this being there (FB Heathrow London Airport etc.)
Thinking now could it have been a Lockeed 10?
