Missed out on this little gem....an original metal Vickers Vanguard by Walkers Westway...size about 15" by 15.5". I hate it when the real world interferes with model collecting

Wow, that’s a true rarity! Very nice. Know what you mean ref real world and collecting. It’s a shame that the Vanguard wasn’t more of a success. I was lucky enough as a child in 1964 to have flown on one from Malta to Heathrow, loved the huge windows!
