Default 1/72 Oxford's D.H.89 Dragon Rapide G-AIYR (Classic Wings, Duxford)

A must have for all of us who have had a flight in her at Duxford so when Oxford said they would make one I placed an order and here she is. BTW the white edge to the roundle on the wing is down to the camera's flash you cant see it otherwise

Very nice livery and one of the better castings around today
I hope Oxford will do also the next generation: the lovely Dove

I have all the Oxford Dragon Rapides - irresisable! I was expecting the AA one to be released before this one, but guess this one was easier to paint, so they made it first. After that, I believe they will G-AGTM of Classic Wings.

I'm lucky enough to live only 7 miles from Duxford, so I see this 'Gentlemans Aerial Carriage' very frequently during the summer months. Like Rui, I've enjoyed a lovely flight on this beautiful bird. I highly recommend it

I'm happy for you. I just got my Oxford Dragon Rapide Railway Air Service model and it is a disaster! I've rarely seen a more poorly built model. Nose wanders to one side and there is a very large gap on one side. My mistake for $50. I have photos if anyone wants to send me an email at [email protected] Stay away from this model unless you can see it in a store.
