This Model was made exclusively for and under the supervision of Modelyletadel.cz. From what I can tell there's been 3 releases so far, one in the Soviet Air Force Color, One in the Czech Air Force Colors with the shark mouth (plus a signature edition), and finally this one in the Iraqi Air Force Colors. They are distributed through Herpa's network so sometimes it may appear under their name instead. But you can buy it directly from their site since they post worldwide:

About the quality of the model, it's similar to what you see on an IXO or Atayla model, fairly lightweight diecast used, the wings and such are mainly plastic construction. It does have an optional landing gear, the rest is fixed into position such as the canopy and the loadout. I personally tug of the canopy to fit a HM pilot figure in there.
