Default Sad and alarming

Emailed to HM about J-11B HA6008 just after pre-pros were released.

Due to lack of photos of real serial "61021" from behind I was merely asking if some of the formation stripes aren´t missing on HM model, and about different color of both starboard diagonal formation stripes:

Surprised by true professionalism, high motivation, great attention to detail and dedication to continuous product development from the market leading company:

Clear message about the diecast future ...

Pretty smart a** response. Does it detract from the model not having these? Yes, now that it's been brought to my attention. Question is, is this going to bother me enough to not add to my ever growing PLAAF collection?I have not decided yet.

Whoever that was, it wasn't William. Perhaps you should forward that reply to him, so he could sort it out.

But hey putting it on blast is so much more effective.

Completely agree,....I would be struck dum if William said that.

That is a "jerk" reply. IMO.

This guy at HM is a regular Sherlock Holmes

Like derrrrrrrr really, we did not know that. What it is however is an expensive display model with less details then a pull back toy, believe me, some ppl can't tell the difference

OK,...I just got some context regarding this issue.

Sometimes you receive what you give. I know at least 2 dozen lads who communicate with HM. None have ever complained about the tone of response they got back.

Still, plastering the issue on a forum in the manner and tone illustrated in this thread,...speaks volumes.

It is what it is.
