Great looking model! Was thinking of passing this one up and waiting for other releases, but I am tempted to be honest. HM need to do this soon!

Hi Tomcat. Thanks for sharing. Can you share more pictures of your model and can you confirm that it's lighter than the initial/pre-production photos

fully agreed on this livery.

a good but hardly definitive sign about HM's own self-appraisal of this mould is that they are going with a forgettable livery as the first release. this has in the past signalled that they foresee good things for the mould.

I hope you are correct! This is almost a no-brainer imo. Don't see many of these collecting dust on a retailers shelf for very long.

What to me is a no-brainer is for HM to also release a Iraqi or Syrian Air Force MiG-29 and not just of European operators.. it seems to me that anything with Iraqi written on it sells IMO, so why not produce what looks to be popular to collectors, besides HM already did the Iraqi MiG-21, MiG-23 & MiG-25.. so guess what should be next for them to also make into reality...

Still hoping for more pics. I guess this has been out now in HK for a week. But still couldn't find pics on the net. Really keen on getting this one. Once I confirmed it really does look the way it does on that pic and not like the pre-pros, it'd be a sure buy for me

The only people getting fooled that these colours have changed are the ones that have been asleep while the "first" lot of photos appeared and want to believe they have changed.

It's like when women complain it's too cold so you pretend to turn up the thermostat and then they say it's much warmer

Didnt' you have a term for that? "Newbies" am I correct. Here I highlighted it for you. Remember this
UF comment 2 by timothy33csa, on Flickr

And then here you are months later claiming it's a good model
UF Stupidity by timothy33csa, on Flickr

HAHAHAHAHA
Oh man. Have you no shame. Can you honestly read this and still think too highly of yourself afterwards. Heck I'm embarrassed for you you smuck

Anyway, since it's beyond obvious that you aren't particularly the brightest around here, I'll just direct your attention to the photo below. Take note of the heading pre-pros and Finished production photos.

But hey, I've got great news for you. Turns out HM is releasing this super limited edition mig-29 VS-31 Topcats. So you can go ahead and trash it and then 3 months later buy it and proclaim to everyone it's your greatest dildo

Waiting to see the paint job on these. Now that would be an obscure release from HM.

Quite interesting.....I'm gonna go out on limb and guess that some way somehow, 1 of the 2 planes may be inaugurally and ceremoniously schemed or parts there of, to commemorate this into the nation and armed forces.

IMO....The 2nd plane may be operationally schemed and used for training

Perhaps a scheme to be sold in 1/72 eventually by a Manu.

Eh ....who knows...time will tell....

I would think...with any new airframe....2 seaters would be order first for training....and demo's.....suspect the ruler, and top military brass will be taking backseat flights

Yeah they are both camo, but that could be a standard delivery scheme and then the owning destination country can change up on that....

True. Not like this would have been at the top of HM's list anyways. Fingers crossed for the Ukrainian Digital bird sometime next year.

If ever....

But you can still consider JC Wings version:

Some say that JCW Fulcrums look good with opened louvres (which doesn´t appear to be "HM way").
