I know right? It feels like its been ages since I've had a green dragons F-15 eagle in my collection. I think the last one I had was from Witty and that has to be at least 12-13 years ago now. I know I was still in college at the time.
But unlike your bird, the 318th never saw action in Desert Storm because the squadron was disbanded in 1989. And I think towards the tail end of its career, this particular squadron specialized in escort missions, intercepting hostile aircraft during the cold war, training sorties and tactical weapons testing
