Default Hobbymaster "August 2019" releases

More releases are up on the hobbymastercollector website though as of now there is no poster.

The good:

- A pair of brilliant P-51Ds. Both with signature and non-signature variants (which typically means cheaper prices on the aftermarket after they dump). I will get two of the green one - one to convert to the iconic green tail "fighting lady" livery (only to see HM release it 2 months later, I'm sure).

- Follow me yellow checkered ww2 jeeps in 1/48

- New tooling MiG-29! But not the livery I wanted.

- JASDF Farewell phantom. Not the best livery, but I'll take it!

The ok:

A bunch of just ok livery choices on a bunch of american jets. the desert scheme f15 has been essentially re-run due to its popularity. The rest of the schemes are kind of 'meh' with the F-16s in particular being lazy-*** schemes that should dump badly.

The prowler scheme.... chosen to match the JASDF Phantom? Who knows. Anyway,, i'm sure we'll get a CY coded bunnytail eventually.

As far as I'm concerned, signature birds or not (and thus the livery slightly compromised because of this), I love the mustangs. preordering at first opportunity.

Update: it seems that both the black and the white 302 sqn 2019 JASDF phantoms are being released. suddenly this release makes a lot more sense. The HMC website last I checked only showed the white, but retailers are showing both.
HA19011 (black) and HA19013 (white).

HA19012 is the QF farewell USAF aircraft.

EA-6B is assigned to the "USS GEURGE HW BUSH", hopefully that gets caught.

I can see why the choice of the black & red F-16 (sinister look), but the post-depot ferry doesn't make much sense to me.

Excited for the Fulcrum.

The Fulcrum mould has been long overdue as with all soviet moulds.

It's one mould that I'd like to collect most of them if they turn out right, most of the countries I collect use(d) them.

I have the Witty Wings Slovak digital scheme Mig29. I personally love it but will ask you guys your opinion on the Witty 29's ( although I think they only did two if I'm correct at thinking!)?

Witty did quiet a few good Fulcrums, a few operational Soviet/RuAF(?), 2 Czech, 2 Russian display teams, 1 North Korean and 1 Indian.

I wished I had gotten a few of the Soviet schemes but now that HM are doing them, not so bothered. There pretty hard to find anyway.

"HON MISTAKE" has turned to be a speccy bit of Diecast indeed.
