Default Best Falklands Harrier?

Any top tips for a Falklands War Sea Harrier? Perferably 1/72, but not too fussed. Thanks!

Corgi (AA32406) is the best bet for a Falkland's Sea Harrier. There is one on eBay(uk) on auction as we speak. Ends today.

Yep - concur, AA32406 is the best one made but there are a couple of others to chose from in Corgi's Harrier stable.

Got one of these a year ago, great model. Looks really good next to my corgi Falklands Harrier GR.3 and Vulcan. Need the get my hands on a Sea King and a couple Wessex's next.

Just out of curiosity, why AA32406 over AA32413 (Sharkey Ward's mount)??

I note the colour difference and assumed the dark sea grey is the livery they took to war after paint modifications on route to the Islands?

Yes, I have 413 as I thought the colour was an issue for 406. But if it isn't....thats another on the list.

I love the Corgi Harrier diorama. Still available, very affordable, and it comes with TWO models.

May well come down to personal preference. Depends if you prefer the 'combat weathered' effect Corgi went for on AA32406? Given the larger production run it should be easier to pick up that at a decent price too

Also, the pilot sits higher up in the cockpit of AA32406 then the other sea harrier releases; looks more realistic to me. The weathering is a nice touch as well.

I refer 406 because of the weathering as well - it was a tough one to find back in the day!
