Default Aero Mini Modern Fighters

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I hope I have found the proper place for the post. I found a number of new old stock Aero Mini fighters such as the F-4E, F-104J, and some Bachman/Lintoy WWII fighters like the ME 262.
First, is this the right place to get some guidance on getting some values for my collection. All planes are still sealed in original boxes. It seems at first glance that the A/M airliners get all the attention and I haven't found anything on the A/M fighters. Any ideas or help is welcomed.

Welcome to the forum. I don't know if the database will help you much with your models, it hasn't been updated in a long time and the model coverage is mostly geared toward airliner models, not so good with the military ones. What's the scale?

Hi Steve,

The F-4 and F-104 are 1/100 and the bachman 262 is 1/97. Are the fighters not as collectible as the airliners?

Weeeell, not really. The scale is not a popular one for military collectors, most like either 1/200 or 1/72, with some 1/144 and 1/48 thrown in. 1/100 and the odd 1/97 are more Model Power scales, and serious collectors find those to be limited in detail and quality. You may find some who are interested in your models if your intent is to sell them, but I'm not sure what kind of price would be realistic to sell them for. There may be others who have a better idea on that score.
