The conbination of C-17' Opend hatch & towing cars is very good idea! and nice pictures. I'm suprised by Ground crews driving cars!

I have same models. They are made of plastic but very very precisely.

WAC - World Aircraft Collection
The MSRP for Fuel truck set is 2310円 while Tow truck set is 2520円. I got it cheaper direct from Japan.

These were just released last week in Japan so the West should start seeing them soon. BTW, the driver is not included....it's Herpa that I mod it.

The Drivers were part of HERPA ground crew set that I modified.

Not a bad idea. I suppose this means I can do diorama pics of my 1:200 planes.

that's really cool. I wish it wasn't JASDF markings though, if it was USAF I would buy those in a heart beat.

Are there any pre-made diecast 1/200 tanks? I would love to have it coming out of the C-17 as shown in your pictures.

Since it was made by WAC (Japanese company for Japanese market), it was an obvious choice to do JASDF. However, Japanese love American planes stationed in Japan so there may be a good chance of American GSE in the future. So far no tanks in 1/200th, only 1/144 (too big).

Right, so we might actually see CW make an Atsugi Hawkeye, U-2, a Misawa Fighting Falcon...

Doesn't look too bad. 1:200 is probably the only way to add an E-2 to the collection.

I'm excited with the announcement of A-10 from Herpa.

Those are beautifully made GSE, Taki. They are as good or better than Herpa. I hope they do release American vehicles, a crew van would be so fine! Also some AGE units, bomb loaders and the like. I'm jazzed about the E2C and the announcement of the A-10...man, they have to do some helos! The MiL-8 is a nice start, but some SH3s, MH-53s and the rest would be better.

Thanks Steve. 1/200 Military starting to look optimistic once again. I may even return to this hobby. I'm already working on bunker hangar diorama from leftover railroad materials.

A MH-53 would make a great 1:200 model. It is kinda huge for 1:72.

Yes, 1/200 is good for diorama. Sneak peak of my next project, Bunker Hangar.

Pimped Herpa's Hangar.

Rigged to light up 6 LEDs.
