I feel Awkward addressing you as Kyle, I had me some Damn Fine Warrant Officers in My Army Life.. Chief and Top... I miss that part of the Army... Outsiders will never know how it feels to be part of something so Special. I look at the people I work with now who have never worn The Uniform. Never Saluted an Officer they haven't done much of anything ,except take the Freedoms we have here. Never missed a Loved one Birthday, a wedding, and missed that final goodbye, because they were far away in boots and loving that next spoon full of MRE.. Your Model shipped out today. If you can sign a picture of you and your Army Flying machine. We have a lounge at MTS and we often have lunches there talk about Military, Women, Movies A good Place to be and know that there are people like you. I wish we had a barber shop next door. CUPCAKE, HOBBY, BARBER. Life is good.. I will tell my son your message. Thanks So Much Chief !!!!!!

Absolutely will talk to your son, just one thing up front; tell him to not sign or enlist in the Army without talking to me. There is a specific program that pilots can do that enlistment centers don’t like to acknowledge or don’t know anything about, its specific to the Army and it’s called “High School to Flight School- Warrant Officer Flight Training Program”, that’s the only way I recommend going. I’ll pull together all my previous paperwork and try to refresh my memory on all the steps and experiences I went through with that program and get back to you.

Kyle, My son fell and hit his head, or I dropped him when he was little one of those two things happed to him. He dreams of nothing else but becoming a helicopter pilot. He joined the U S Marines, made Sergeant in three years and then ETS. he now wants to go Army and fly Rotor. I rode in two U S Army helicopters and I did not care for it. One was a UH 1 and the pilot did some nap of the earth flying and needed passengers. She did something wrong and had to land in a field she said over torqued, but I don't know what was torqued. At some point would you consider chatting with my son about Army aviation? Mike
