David - ain't March 29th a great day for a birthday? It's mine, too, but I beat you by 23 years, but what's a few years here or there? Tampa's got another team out there in the playoffs, but I'm pretty sure the Dodgers will outlast the Rays. Stay well, Doug
G'day David, thanks for your follow up messages re Joe - not sure if my replies are going through though ???
Pretty much as expected I've heard nothing from him and really don't expect to hear from him. I've dealt with people like this before and seen the same stalling tactics played out. A shame as I could have brought him a lot of business from other collectors I know, his loss (as well as my $200 !)
Will post if anything changes either way, best regards.
The new owner is right on top of bringing new product in. Just call the Store, and ask for Don. He is the owner. He will give you a straight answer. I know he can't get the Swissair you want. D'OH. The new store looks great.
Hi, I understand Aviation World at YVR has closed, and a new place (Flight City) has opened in its place. Just wondering if you have been there, and what your thoughts are about Flight City. Is it worth the trip from Surrey (ie. do they have any stock of diecast 1:200 models?) I noted that they have virtually no internet presence.
