A few questions regarding posting a public airliner collectibles event on the DAC which our outfit will be hosting

Would it be OK to announce the event in the "Airliner Shows and Conventions" Section

Are there any pre requesits to be met or can one just list the event and the venue?

This will be an event open to the public where several local collector will partake as vendors in the show and we are trying to announce/avail this to local enthusiasts and collectors

Please let me know what I need to do to list such event
