If you want good traffic packs for FS9 then I recommend you search up the USA and Europe Traffic Packs. I forgot the developer's name but the traffic is really good and the planes even come with animated luggage trucks ect... Frame rate friendly too...
Once you start the computer though, TDU isn't on right? How can it affect performance? If you think the hard drive is slow at opening files then you should maybe perform a defrag...that'll help FSX and Windows or Mac. BTW, Merry Christmas and thanks for joining FlyToronto!
Unlucky my dad has 3 computers one of them is a new i mac the computer i have my fsim stuff is alright it has a big graphics card but FSX goes slowly on it because TDU(Test Drive Unlimited) it is a driving game takes up a lot of space and memory.
