Talking How about these instead?

Did these not sell good enough in the 1/400 & did the Transbrasil in the 1/200 version already release not sell good?

------------ 1/200

Smile would these sell faster in 1/200?

IF it makes financial sense, release fantasy models of PSA on different airframes that sell well?!?

------------ 1/200

If it did sell so be it, but it doesn't seem like a logical choice for instantly selling out

I think it would sell out for several of reasons:

1. There are many collectors who collect Qantas models
2. Wunala Dreaming is a very well recognised livery among plane spotters (many of whom are collectors), and these people would most likely want to add it to their collections.
3. Special liveries will induce quite a few 'impulse purchases.'
4. The 1:400 versions of Wunala Dreaming sold very well

I would love to see the Wunala, Nalanji and Yananyi Dreamng liveries and the Singapore Tropical.

Any chance of seeing the other two 50th Anniversary schemes Singapore did - we have the 747-400, would love the 777-200ER and A340-300 as well. Would look amazing for us fleetbuilders.

Also on the subject of SQ - a current livery small titles 747-300 BigTop and an Sq Cargo 747-400F MegaArk would both be amazing.

1:200 Qantas Wanula dreaming 747
1:200 Qantas Nalanji dreaming 747
1:200 Malaysian Hisbiscus 747
1:200 Singapore Tropical 747
1:200 Eva Air koala 747

I would take them all.

And since jc recently released the 3-4 month old ANZ livery on a ATR in 1:400 scale i would love one of these. indonesian models sell well.

Looking at your choices I struggle to comprehend why you would describe the QF 744 Wunula as a 'train wreck'

I'll leave you to your box of Kleenex....

Do you people honestly think that Johan Chan or any of his cronies really care about what you want??

They will flood the market with whatever they can make a quick buck from, and that's it!!

Thanks for all your suggestions. Please just ignore that hater and keep sharing with us your wonderful ideas.

I personally love the ANZ and the Cebu ones. And the Lufthansa CRJ-200 looks cute too. And yes I agree the Qantas Wunala Dreaming will be a very popular model, but anybody have more high-res photo?

There must be a powerful (maybe betrayal) emotional history behind all this

Good guess but I must say that it's completely wrong. None of us, I mean anybody in JCWings, know Mr. A Klein in personal. And of course we never have any business relationship, with him or his company. The only reason I can think of which makes him so angry with us is our existence is a huge threat to his company's survival.

Honestly, I would say Mr. A Klein is just a hater but not a competitor of us. In the last 24 months since I worked for the JCWings I learned how to completely ignore his pointless bull**** but focus only on the needs of the real collectors.

Maybe you could make a 1:200 Lufthansa CRJ700 or CRJ900? There are quite a few of those and I am sure many collectors have flown on one. I am not sure any CRJ200 are still in LH service.

And Cebu Pacific is a great livery. A 1:200 A330 would be brilliant!

WOW, so much for logical reason for the anger especially since no one knows him personally.

HMMM....

BTW, more FOKKER 100 or FOKKER 70 if they sell well.

Competition infers an equal playing field. I consider your company, and all the aliases it's used (see my signature line) as a non-entity in this hobby, producing CHEAP junk for those who really don't care to have higher quality collectibles for a higher price.

Your company's business ethics leave little to be desired too! You operate as a "manufacturer", yet you compete in the same market as your customers, low balling their prices, and even use their tooling to do so.

And you're not ashamed to even post here?? and pretend you're catering to real collectors? You're either very thick-skinned, very naive, or incredibly stupid. I won't judge, as I don't know you personally; actions have always spoken loudest!!

Well, I don't think you are qualified to comment on our business mode. I just can't help if you don't even have a basic idea about what is so-called OEM. It is a very early chapter in any business book that the manufacturers can take part in their client's market too, supported by thousands of famous examples in different industries. All of our business partner are happy with such kind of cooperation. If you still can't understand, my last suggestion for you is go back to school.

And finally, it is more than "naive" if someone always claim himself is the only true collector in the hobby but all the others are stupid. You'd better respect your potential buyer, find out what they need, instead of trying to TEACH them what to do.

I was referring to you, but that obviously sailed way over your head!

If your so-called business partners are happy with you're competing with them, then they're either lying to you, or you are lying to us!!

I guess it would explain why some of them will be leaving your sorry factory sooner than later.
I've got more respect for my customers and their needs than you could ever hope to imagine! Your business is just an unethical pathetic money-grab, a monkee-see monkey-do operation, which along with others to go un-named, have done more harm to the hobby than good.

Thank-you for nothing!!

Willy, please just ignore certain people/posts. We need you to provide us with more awesome models and any distraction is counter-productive... ;-)

I guess the best way unintelligent people try to make a point is through insults and name calling.

I only look at the facts! Keep on laughing, and enjoy your collection of cheap junk

well you have done your fair share of insults and name calling!!!! the FACTS are jc has done some great releases this year, and DOES listen to his customers.
on the other hand over at 'alternative crap' you have REPEATEDLY IGNORED customer requests for models FOR YEARS!!! also, the amount if times i have read that whenever dw/phx/jc etc announce a release in 400 scale, you nearly 'ALWAYS' reply wait for a/c to do it in a month or so. classic 'COPYCAT' THOSE ARE THE FACTS!! you even admitted that you have bought some JC models!!!
also count yourself 'lucky' that any/all your comments are immediately deleted, just like you delete negative comments over on 400scraphangar!!!

Quite incoherent rambling

You've got your facts backwards too, however the few times that AC tells collectors to wait for the BETTER release is a result of numerous collectors asking for the "heads-up" so as not to waste their money on inferior products.
Since AC has never copied another's mould, or illegally cloned tooling, or competed against their customers using customers tooling, your so called "FACTS" are without any basis whatsoever!

As for purchasing of JC wings, I have always maintained, that if they produce a good product (1/400 IL-86, F-100, Sh-360 & 1/200 777) I will buy it, and have, however the majority (that means over 50%) of what they produce is cheap junk, and unworthy of my collection.

!

Well, if one of more model manufacturers don't hear the collectors, fortunately it opens space for new manufacturers on the market. Witty Wings is there (and re-released some of my so-wanted old releases, such as SAS and Swissair CV-990), and a new manufacturer was born here in Brazil, despite the difficulties of creating and mantaining this kind of business on my country.

I can't wait more for upcoming Panair models (including the DC-8-33 and Connie, which we've been asking for)! :-)

Just Do It (nike freaks, plz don't reply as Nike didn't event the phrase), you will likely have minimum regrets; you'll likely miss a handful of them, but the better detail in the larger scale & more realistic profile will be worth any pain you might feel.
