Dassault store bad customer service and delay

Has anyone else order from the dassault store lately? I placed my order 2 weeks ago and got no tracking info still. Multiple email inquiries over last 2 weeks go zero reply. I couldn't find a phone number to their "store" which seems to be just some merchandise selling company named "kickandrush"

Much appreciated if anyone can help me out to get some sort of inquiry on my order. if you know a phone number for them, let me know. thanks!

I found this contact number for the company +33 5 56 18 47 47 I doubt it’s a direct line for the store, but maybe they could direct you to a valid extension number, or put you through to one. Best of luck.

ok thanks. It's now week 3. I am gonna have to probably disappoint myself and cancel the order soon ;( so sad!!!

They switched to another shipping company. It used to be about 2 weeks to Canada
