Default In Memory....DAC Member Passing

It is with great sadness I report the passing of a fellow longtime DACer and regular contributor A Tupelov, a member since 2005.

I was informed by DACer Dylan that he passed due to cancer sometime last week. Ironically, one of his last posts just over a year ago was to pay respects
for another DACer who had passed as well.

We all take it for granted how life is so precious and so short. I speak for us all that you will be sorely missed here...R.I.P.

Real tomato ketchup Eddie?
Nothing but the best! "I don't know why they call this stuff hamburger helper. It does just fine by itself, huh? I like it better than tuna helper myself, don't you, Clark?"
"you're the gourmet around here, Ed!"

I had the pleasure of meeting Ted in 2010 when I delivered a set of first class seats out of a WinAir 737-200 that he had purchased from me.

Great guy, successful in his professional life, loved all things Russian. Smart a$$ like me, great wit, and avid AvGeek.

Blue skies, Ted!

Oh Man. I am very sorry to hear that A Tupelov (Ted) has passed away. I always enjoyed his posts/threads on the DAC, along with his sense of humor that he shared on the forum. My condolences to his family, relatives, friends and loved ones. He will definitely be missed on the DAC. A thank you to Dylan for reaching out to Crownvic to let the DAC members know that he has taken to the skies for his final flight. RIP sir!
