Default Cabinets ideas for diecast planes

Hello all,

I am looking to display my collection in my living room. I would like to find a cabinet that can accommodate both the 1:200 and 1:400 scales.

Any ideas? A picture of your display cabinet would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Not sure if you have an IKEA store in Singapore.

I recently bought two of their KLINGSBRO glass door cabinets and am pleased with the result.
KLINGSBO Glass-door cabinet Black/clear glass 45x180 cm - IKEA

They are metal framed with glass top, side and rear panels and a glass door. There are five glass shelves inside plus a metal shelf at the bottom, outside of the glass, which is useful for storing the boxes of the displayed models. They are sturdy and stable and give good all-round visibility of the models.

We do have IKEA here in Singapore. However, I can't find the specific model here in our online website. HAHA. Thanks anyways.

Well, I'm sure that in Singapore, or a across the causeway in JB, you can find someone who could make you something along those lines. How about Batam?

IKEA is overrated IMO, these Curio glass display cabinets made in China will do just as fine...

Here is my collection with some pictures of the cabinets. They are custom made, in wood, with wooden doors as protection against dust and direct sunlight.
