Default Finding info on an old flight

I know for domestic flights you can look up details, like registration numbers, aircraft, on past flights at bts.gov I believe. But I'm wondering if anyone knows how you do that for international flights? I have most of the registration numbers of the airplanes I've flown on but I'm missing a couple on international flights. The one I'm interested in the most was a flight my wife and I took to pick up my adopted son in Guatemala in 2004. It was MIA-GUA on 12/5/04 on American, and happens to be the only time I ever flew an A300. Anyone know where I can find that? Would American be able to help me?
