That's a very unfortunate name. He would probably have a good career prospect as a rapper though...

I read that this morning and thought it was hilarious. Says he is Vietnamese / Australian. If he was born in Australia, what were his parents thinking?

With a name like that, you'd better be one tough mofo.

My eighth grade wrestling coach's name was Richard Liss. He went by Rick. No one DARED call him **** Liss or they would have regretted it.

I had to laugh, but I can feel the guys pain, what he has to go through and all.

Why doesn't he just get a legal name change, he could simply drop the "c" from Phuc, the "t" from Dat, and the "h" from bich and it would all be good, it even aligns with the way he said it's actually pronounced, Phu Da Bic, which phonetically sounds like Phoo-Dah-Bick, nobody would ever even blink an eye at that, but they way he's got it now...Ouch..

And this one... OMG!! now that is funny... She's got my vote.. and experience is the best teacher after all.

Hey, crownvic

Your post has triggered a past project I was on in Chicago working for Allstate Auto Insurance.

I was implementing their new Auto Policy System and one of the states I was responsible for was 'Montana'.

Part of my work was testing actual auto policies and I came across one policy holder's name = Janet Pretty on Top I forgot the surname, but that middle name sort of stuck with me all these years!

I asked another systems consultant if this was the norm for names in Montana, and he mentioned this was nothing unusual for that state in regards to official names of policy holders. Due, to the number of Native American Indians that live in Montana.

Yep. I grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario (northern ontario for those who are not familiar with Ontario being a huge province). Had many friends who I went to school with that were Native Canadian Indians and it was also my first exposure to where some of them lived on the Fort William Indian 'reservation'. I was dismayed how the Ontario government treated them just by witnessing the housing on the reserve. Also, all the tourists that wanted to view Thunder Bay from the top of Mt. Mckay (very popular tourist spot) had to go thru the reserve first. Many indians on the reserve were not too thrilled with all the tourist cars zipping down their roads and doing what they pleased.

Years ago I worked for SkyWest* and personally watched an agent foment the most hilarious airport announcement, and collapsed with laughter as I heard the aftermath!

His request was to page a Mr. Ness, Harry P. A short time the following was heard throughout San Diego Lindbergh Field Terminal 1: "Paging Mr Ness, Harry P. Ness to the America West counter."

I nearly shat meself!!

*Sometime circa 1988 or 89. At the time the ticket counter was near the extreme west-end of terminal 1.
