Exclamation Beware of this buyer from singapore!!!

TO ALL EBAY SELLER,

beware of this poor lousy buyer from SINGAPORE.

NICKNAME : MAXIMINISE / MINIMINISE
LOCATION : SINGAPORE
TACTICS : Bid high for items and won it, then FAILED to pay up and
start flaming seller with negative feedback.

I have it once with it, he won the items with a high price and did not make payment for it and start leaving negative feedback to me.
i filed a ebay dispute and after some investigation, Ebay return me the clean sheet of 100% feedback.

the ebay dispute:

the profile of this transformer buyer:

3 out of 6 bidding, this miniminise DID NOT MAKE PAYMENTS

see the negative feedback he left for the seller,

the above 2 seller 100% rating both are tarish by this buyer from SINGAPORE!!

to the 2 seller, follow my advice and file a ebay dispute.
you will be return your 100% rating.

to ebayer Rockroll01- Ron, i have brought from you a few times and every single dealing is a wonderful experience.

There are going to be those who think it's fun to mess with sellers. Can't stop them, just have to deal with it.

Can you post his real name and his address here for everyone to see?

The sellers who got the ridiculous negative feedback and had un-paid transactions with him should also do that in his feedback sheet, that is the way to stop him rather than write something like: "buyer never pay" ...

I have dealt with this clown twice, each under his ridiculous aliases. First he didn't pay and accused me of shill bidding and the second time under minimaxmize, bid on Singapore Airlines related auctions in the last hour. I retracted his bids which led to another issue with a winner of one auction. This clown should be blocked period.

yes his name is Gary Lim!.

seller should leave him negative feedback and dispute to ebay.

and not as above, leaving positive feedback and commenting "bad buyer, never make payment etc"

must rid of this weed...

this kid still remains 100% cause all the seller only leave postive rating but negative comment. they should have leave negative rating with negative comments.

the only loophole of ebay is that once your account is closed,
you can easily create another new account.
there is no foolproof plan to stop him as of now.

Any particular reason why Ebay does it that way ?

Dear Michael; 29 Ago 2012

My South African Airplanes hasn't arrive untill now!
I just notice that in the address, you made a mistake putting ( St ), in the place of (5tº ).
This should cause a problem in the reception, once 5tº is the floor of my house in the Building, and St, is nothing. ( in Portugal, St means Saint ), not fifth floor ( 5tº ).
I will check in my local post so i can be able to recover the package. Please, give me the tracking Nº of the shipping so i can be able to ask for it, ok.

Meu caro!

Next Monday, I already have a meeting with the U.S. Ambassador HERE IN PORTUGAL, about your racist behavior against me, and CITIZENS my country, and you can be sure it will not stay as it is now!

LIAR, try to get some education and I advise YOU... Watch your big mouth. IT will be SHUT in a bad way, believe me!

Why is half your message in Portuguese? Obviously you have a good command of English, it would be nice to read the rest of your reply...for all I know, it could be full of taunts and verbal abuse toward the seller.

International language is only when you still maintain a respectable conversation with anyone. Use google translator. It's simply!

TRANSLATED:

-To Michael: 15 Hours Ago

My dear fellow! I use my paypal account of my Wife to make my payments wherever.
In your shop on ebay, around the world.
You are making very serious accusations and dealing with someone like me, will be given very bad about it.
I just asked if you could give me some explanation for the fact that I have yet to receive my articles. A simple response on education and some effort on your part to solve things with your buyer, it would be enough. However, you start using the arrogance and now began to insult!
I have nothing more to talk to you. The matter is being resolved on paypal and have ordered the cancellation of my business.
There is a deadline for someone to receive any items paid through paypal and reclaim time. I'm just making use of my rights as a buyer and unhappy customer.
Learn how to treat your buyers well and none of this will happen again.

Second message:

-I get the feeling that you should seek psychiatric help! Urgently!!
I have pity of you!! Lots of it. I'm one of the best buyers on ebay with a feedback of 100% and only this month, I spent close to € 2000 in miniatures. I do not complain of the money spent with you but yes, your lack of education! What I paid for the deal that you celebrated, are peanuts!
I have not received any model and as such, the deal was asked to be canceled. Not because of the models but because of your attitude deplorable! "

There you go!

Just goes to show there are bad buyers and sellers out there that don't know how to politely and diplomatically deal with eachother. If everyone was honest, courteous and patient, none of this needs to happen!

And if Waffle had got his address right in the first place, none of this would have happened...

I think the buyer had every right to be concerned, since he noticed his parcel was incorrectly addressed.Of course, he needed to be patient too, as postal delivery times can vary quite a lot and are seldom the same twice. I'm afraid if Waffle had addressed it correctly and then had a bit better people skills in answering Mr Diniz's query however this would have turned out completely differently.Oh and the racist attack (if indeed that is what happened) are a disgrace and only reflect poorly on the one dishing it out. Americans are not the only people on the planet with brains. Far from it.

couldn't agree more.. a simple copy-paste will do anyway..
anyway, been dealing with michael so many times with flawless service, even though i chose the cheapest postal service.. thank god, my address is quite easy to find in the map

by the way, my recent order has not arrived yet, but that's probably because my country has just celebrated a long holiday for ied al fitr. so, just try to sit back and relax until it came to my door..

Funny, how all the rude and condesending emails towards from the so called eBayer aren't posted. Right now, not only does he have his models he has his money!!! Must be nice to be a scammer!! Glad the forum knows about you now you sleezebag!

P.S. His models were shipped out just 10 days ago, and guess what his previous shipment with this so-called incorrect address ARRIVED JUST FINE!!! By the way it's incorrect in St instead of 5t as in 5th floor. You would think the postal service would know better!! Where's my money or my models you scam artist?

And you don't know the full story, therefore how can you make a judgement off of a select handful of emails that the sleezebag wanted to portray me in a bad sense? That scam artist not only has models he has his money.

That's why I said the above. There are always three sides to a story (your side, his side, and the objective bystanders view), and without us all being there and seeing every bit of correspondence, we who are commenting have no real right to judge either of you.

To be honest, If it were me in your position Michael (I did a bit of conflict resolution at law school), I'd try resolve this with Mr Diniz by offering a magnanimous apology for the bombastic reply you sent him to his first query, and a polite request to put your differences aside and ask him simultaneously to do the right thing, ie pay you your money.

Mr Diniz, if you got your models, you have a legal and moral obligation to pay Waffle his money. You may be completely infuriated right now with him, but you got your models, so you really must pay him.It doesn't matter if you decide never to deal with him again, but do the right thing and pay.

I hope this gets resolved guys. Without sounding like a business coach, its always far better for both parties to keep all your professional dealings polite and courteous,it goes a long way to keeping life simpler and more stress free.

You might be right to say this! I am 46 years old and have to respond to this kind of insanity from this guy!
But remembering your words:

" That's why I said the above. There are always three sides to a story (your side, his side, and the objective bystanders view), and without us all being there and seeing every bit of correspondence, we who are commenting have no real right to judge either of you. "

So you don't get any doubts of who's telling the true here!
I just want him to put here, so everybody can read, the " so called " missing emails that he says i "did" sent to him and i'm supressing from my ( COPY-PASTE ).
He will be doing me a favor, believe me! Someone in the representation of the US Estate here in Portugal, already has the link for this thread. And this guy is going to be sued for it's bad conduct.
Please, Mr " MIKA WAFFLE ", write here one of those hided messages that you are telling everyone that i did sent you!!! Please, please, please!!!

And just since it's been a while, I advise ANYONE not to deal with a thief who uses the names "TIGER LEE," "STEPHEN LEE," "STEVEN LEE" and "TIGER AIRWAYS." This piece of $**+ is out of Singapore and/or Hong Kong and ripped off DOZENS of collectors in 2009 with his PayPal scam.

I joined this hobby year 2010 therefore not sure what exactly happened during
the 2009.

But my instinct tell me "maximise/minimise" is not the same as the mentioned
subject "tiger lee/Stephen lee/steven lee"

dhaaaa!!!!!

Nobody ever asked me for the models!!! And your "friend" afirmes that i already receive the models! If i already had received the models that i already paid, it was already posted here.
And this subject is not because of the models but yes, because of your friend's behavior towards a paying client with who previously had made another deal wish went ok.
When i pay for something, the seller isn't doing me any favor, answering to my questions and preoccupations because of any delay. It's his obligation to follow it's buyer, until the items are delivered and, if something occur during the shipping processe, he just has to be kind and use of education towards the buyer.
But if you are one of those *** licker, although a seller mistreats you, it's your problem!!! Not with me!!!
And i am still waiting for paypal to cancel this deal so i may recover the money that i spent with this stupid deal
comprende?!!!

I don't know if anyone here has seen the movie "Office Space", but I'd really like to do to this thread what they did to the office copier.
