Default 1:200 Air Philippines B737-200 "Classic"

Finally, I finished this custom. Been trying to do this for months now until I decided to give 3 consecutive weekends to do this.

The donor aircrfat is a JC-Wings Ansett B737-200. I removed all but the cockpit tampo print. The wings are painted with gray and silver.

and together with the rest of her cousins

Fantastic work a lovely livery very catchy! Love the way you have done your decals as well and fantastic tutorial to go with it as well!

Noticed you used MS-2 paint for the silver..?? Was that the only one available at the hobby store?? Tamiya has a great metallic silver TS-83 that just comes up a treat on metal. Give it a go next time as ive also used the MS-2 and notices it bunches up on the surface in places and gives an uneven finish.

Well done! Superb work.

I'll try TS-83 next time, thank you for the tip. The reason why I used MS-2 is because the name "Bright Silver" suggests it will look like metal when painted Yeap, MS-2 is hard to apply, this is the reason why I did bare metal for the engines.

Very nice custom What donor model did you used, Hogan Air France? RP-C7777 is on top of my custom project list, together with B742 "Mabuhay Chicago" and A300 "Love Bus".

I used an Eva Air B773ER (the newly released version). it also has the newly corrected engines by Hogan. always remember that you use AF donors IFF you are ready to paint the wings as well, since most of the AF models have white wings, if not then atleast the horizontal stabs are white for sure, so you will have to paint those grey then... hope that helps...

very nice sir! since a b737-300 and 400 in PAL colors is near impossible, is it possible for you to make a 400 scale model version?
