As most of you already know I had sent a model to Fernando about 5 months ago for a repair job. The model was a very rare Western VARIG L-188 gen. 1 that got damaged during shipping. The propellers were off and the nose gear was broken and I couldn´t fix it. So I sent it to him and the final job was perfect! The model is already on the shelf and looks gorgeous despite its age .
Fernando told me he is working very hard on the customs requests and I am sure sooner all of you that had ordered models from him will receive a reply. He is a nice guy and I am sure all model requested will be delivered.

The only thing that i believe Fernando should done is run FIFO procedures for his orders... Both orders attended were done must faster than many others here....

@Karun...you were the first to receive something via post. and received in alot faster than alot of us have been watiting.
@Santos...glad you were able to get your model. but you had to drive over to pick it up from him.
FIFO is what needs to be done, but who knows wth is going on. shouldnot have to physically go to brasil to get my order. but if that is what needs to happen.....

yes I agree with you 2 on that. he did follow a LIFO procedure, when it should have been a FIFO....

Dears, Today I´ve got part of my order (7 of 11 models), and had a chance to talk with Fernando, what I could feel is that he will do his best to conclude every order... It will take some time, but slowly he will get back on track. I know that might be difficult to give him more time to have all orders delivered (I know how difficult it is - It took me 2 years to receive my order, and it is not complete at all).

I have two models on order an ERJ-135 and Dassault Mercure.
The last contact I has was in mid-April when Fernando advised me that the Mercure was not a problem but the ERJ-135 was problematical and he basically needed to start it again.
He estimated 6 months to finish, according to his profile he hasn't logged on since late April.
My last contact with Fernando was an email he sent me by mid-April informing that my two models were ready (in fact they are as you can see them in the pictures he posted a few posts above - mine are the 737-200 in VASP Livery and a 707 in Varig Livery - this one was just to fix the right wing tip antenna) and he also requested my address to mail the models, but, unfortunately, up to now I did not receive anything from him yet.
What I get mad with is that the models are ready, as everyone have seen on the photos that Fernando posted, he just need to mail them to me but he have not done it!
Has anybody heard anything from Fernando in the last month (referring to the reply sent by Ryanairflyer)? It is staying awfully quiet and even on an e-mail I sent 2 weeks ago, no repsonse (yet).
If anybody has got some news, please share it with us.

I received my 2 models customized by Fernando yesterday. Both models are in great shape and the quality of Fernando's service was excellent! Unfortunately, he takes an extremely long time to fulfill the orders.
