Default Great Job!!

Hi there Brad, great job so far. I was just wondering...what do you use to make the clean cuts of the control surfaces from the rest of the wing. And also how do you attach those surface back on to the wing??

Thanks

Faisal

Cool

Thanks Faisil,
I used a good excato-blade to cut away from the wings. Then flip over and re-shape into mini-sized wings. Position on the oposite side wing (left wing/right wing) of aircraft. You have to cut the flap guides almost in halfs, file at 45's sand and glue onto wing. Then carefully space the new re-shaped flaps onto the flap guides. If you need any help E-mail me. I can help you much better if you want.

I love the US Airways old livery too. Lots of differn't shades of silvers to mess around with. Maybe that new US Airways.Com scheme? Hmmmm?
Regards,
Brad

Thanks B-SST,
Unfortunately this bird will just have the flaps/slats set for a short final only. If it was a larger scale model maybe I could have all the parts (flaps, slats, rudders, etc.) move. I still have the rest of her to finish, but for now just a flying wing comming for a straight in approach.
