Commission for Custom work
 

Hey guys, I don't post a lot but I have been collecting 1/200 airliners for a while now and saw V1 Decals had some decent decals of various Canadian aircraft liveries I wanted that aren't available in production diecast and so I bought some decal sheets, blank aircraft and inexpensive donor aircraft.

I have been using Dreamworks in Canada here but they send their models to China which costs a lot of freight and while they have been overall really good on the 1/72nd military and smaller 1/200 stuff I have been sending them, the last 2 shipments of planes were larger (747/767) I received had serious shipping damage and they made a couple errors that I didn't notice till I unpacked them, so I really don't want to use them anymore.

Does anyone here know of anyone good in Western Canada preferably or out east, and failing that in the USA that does good quality custom work and would be willing to take on a 20 plane commission?

I am not afraid to pay for good quality work.

Give Zareh an email. His email is on his website: airplanereplicas.com in the CONTACT US section. He's based out of Quebec, and has the custom work done by an amazing man named Peter based out of Ottawa. They use V1 Decals as well and I'll attach a photo below of a model they did for me.

Hi there,


I posted long ago under the name Sgt Caribou but cannot log in using the old name anymore. Saw your post and I used to do some customs (albeit 1:400) quite awhile back. Unfortunately I am unable to do any more than perhaps a couple of customs but if this is feasible let me know. I am also in Edmonton.

Anyone doing custom work, repairs, assembly in, near, or around the Bay Area (San Francisco, San Jose, East Bay, or even Sacramento)?
