Well done! How difficult was it? I'm thinking of converting a UPS 757 to Cargojet.

These 3 went pretty smoothly. Hardest part was mixing the paint for the JetBlue tail and painting it. I try to pick projects that require as little painting and stripping as possible. And these three were mostly just changing the tail. The America West model required me to remove the banner and first half of windows before I reapplied new windows and the AA banner and logo.

For your job I would recommend making the CargoJet model from one of those blank white models. I think I've seen a couple of 757's on eBay. Stripping off the UPS livery from the fueselage would be a lot of work, and I would be worried about having to repaint if it goes bad. By using the blank all you would have to remove is the Windows. And it doesn't look like you would need to paint anything, which is also a huge bonus.
